What Is A Property Management System?

PMS tools are referred to as many things, Channel Managers, Booking engines or Calendars for example. However PMS stands for Property Management System and can cover all these things and more.

This course gives an overview of the many and varied things that a Property Management System (sometimes called Booking System) can do

  • You will understand the purpose of a PMS and why you need them
  • You’ll be able to identify the PMS functionality that is MOST important to your business
  • You’ll be ready to use the PMS Selection Tool to shortlist the best PMS tools for you

We spent about 100 hours researching some of the popular tools and rating functionality, this has enabled me to build a PMS selection tool, which we’ll look at in the next lesson.
